Andy's Foods was created by me Andrew Sowray I'm a Brit who has been living and working in Bulgaria for 10 years or so.
A self confessed "foodie" like everyone else I still miss some of those comfort foods that we just can't find when living overseas.
So here they are: British style sausages and bacon plus a range of groceries.
Sausages
For those who miss traditional sausages with that meaty flavour and a mildly spicy bite I've recreated 5 individual types from original recipes and I'm making them in Sofia. Sausages are close to my heart and I'm passionate about using the right ingredients - and nothing more because good food is all about the taste! This means specially selected, lean pork and delicate herbs, freshly ground spices and seasoning - you won't find artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives in my sausages because we don't need them. These are sausages like they used to be made.

Traditional Pork Sausage
With 75% meat from prime cuts of pork, these sausages are full flavoured and meaty. This is a great all rounder for all the family and is suitable for all occasions, whether it be fried or grilled for breakfast, roasted in the oven for dinner or as part of a casserole.
Pork and Leek sausage
An old age combination of pork, fresh leeks and a subtle blend of spices and seasonings. The succulent and mild flavour of leeks creates a mouth-watering sausage, which goes perfectly with mashed potato for a hearty meal.
Lincolnshire sausage
A classic favourite. Made from coarsely-minced pork shoulder meat, seasoned liberally with sage and freshly ground spices. A real taste of rural England.
Chipolatas
The classic breakfast sausage, thinner than the others but still made from the finest pork meat, spices and seasonings. Also perfect for the BBQ or a sausage sandwich.
Sweet Italian sausages
These will take you back to old Napoli with their heady aromatic combination of pork meat, cracked fennel seeds, garlic, paprika and red wine. Traditional Italian life in a juicy mouthful!

Dry Cured Bacon
Not just any bacon this is hand made dry cured bacon made by rubbing a salt mixture into the middle loin of pork and left to cure for at least 3 weeks. That's it, we don't inject water or anything else into it and the results speak for themselves, this is bacon which will crisp when fried to give you a perfect English breakfast and will fill the kitchen with that irresistible aroma.

Groceries
Sometimes you just long to have tangy marmalade on your toast or Colmans English mustard with sausage, cheese just isn't the same without a Jacob's cream cracker and Branston pickle or a Haywards Pickled onion.
Life can be tough living overseas. Well it doesn't need to be, I've got all of those home comforts available for you now.
