
The specialities of the Annoni Pasta company are based on an ancient tradition and more than one hundred years of experience.
The basic ingredients for a tender and soft pasta are carefully selected. Firstly, only fresh and genuine eggs are used to improve the quality and enhance the pasta’s colour as well as increase its elasticity and nutrient content. Secondly, only the flour that best guarantees the ideal consistency of each format is used.
Our egg pasta sheets are very skilfully stretched while at the same time made coarse and porous. They are ideal for absorbing all sauces.
